Note to self:

Must find/create recipe for amazing coconut/chocolate/coffee cookies from tonight. Don't think it was even cooked. Or if it was, it had egg white in it.

    like a meringue cookie? Where did you get it? From a bakery or a person you could practice your Arabic on?

    I tried to google that and didn't come up with any cookie recipes which is odd since cookies was one of the search words...
